Why not hire Relic for Rise of Nations 2?

Why not hire Relic for Rise of Nations 2 ?

So Age of Empires 4 and Company of Heroes 3 are made on same engine.
So why not make a sequel?

Rise of Nations had those Ages

1 Ancient (ca 60,000 BC-ca 2000 BC)
2 Classical (1999 BC - 499 AD)
3 Medieval (500 AD - 1299 AD)
4 Gunpowder (1300 AD - 1715 AD)
5 Enlightenment (1716 AD - 1879 AD)
6 Industrial (1880 AD - 1936 AD)
7 Modern (1937 AD - 1968 AD)
8 Information (1969 AD - future)

I would love to see a DE for RoN!

Rise of Nations 2 yes but Relic no.
RoN is a hybrid of Age of Empires and Civilization.
We need the developers who know both games.

It will be a marvel. Then it is usually the controversial ancient age that puzzles certain archeologists like how old the age is and how the ancient infrastructure was built through earliest human tools and so on.
