Delhi Sultanate is not a dynasty name. It’s the name of the kingdom. (the dynasties of Delhi Sultanate were the mamluk dynasty, khalji dynasty, tughlaq dynasty, etc). And they were not indians.
And Abbasids Dynasty should be called Abbasids Caliphate = Abbasids Empire (the naming of the political entity), they speak arab, but their empire didn’t cover only arabian peninsula.
