I’ve been using some of the mods like color change and additional population for the aoe:ror game. Will the same mods works with the new edition.
I think they said custom maps and scenario’s made for the original game should work on the new one, but not the other way around. Mods are more invasive than that though, so they may work or not work on an individual basis. Some changes people used mods for, like a higher population limit, are just going to be a standard option in the new game, for some other changes I’m guessing people will have to adapt the old mods a bit or write new ones.
