Windows (non Steam) version have NO VOICES!

Windows (non Steam) version of the Sultans Ascend DLC, have absolute NO VOICES on ANY civilization; old or new! Like WTF? Even the scouts are muted!

Anyone else ?

Support suggested a complete uninstall of the game, a reset of the XBox account and a re-install. Surprisingly, that fixed the issue.
