Why is it greyed out on the windows store? Is this a known issue?
The rumours about crashes and lag in the beta with less than 2 months to launch and now this?
It’s not very promising.

And if that doesn’t work - are you sure your Windows 10 is updated to version 1703 or whatever?
Update your windows to the latest version
You probably lack something from the minimum requirements.
Check the minimum requirements it should show a green check mark beside each one if you meet the requirements. I had to manually update windows to the creators update before it would let me pre-order (even though my computer said my windows was up to date).
