# "Wódka Distillery" card cannot be sent if you already have a tavern built

### **▶ ISSUE EXPERIENCED**

The **Polish “Wódka Distillery”** homecity card, which provides 1 tavern wagon, cannot be sent if you already have a tavern built because the build limit has been reached, even though the card would increase the tavern built limit by one.

### **▶ REPRODUCTION STEPS**

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Start a new match with Poland

2. Build a tavern

3. Try to send the card
