Weird but funny bug, I thought the wolf may have attacked the prelate on the same frame as he entered the Aachen Chapel, but it doesn’t look like it. Once the prelate was killed, the Aachen Chapel was unable to be garrisoned by another prelate. There was no option to ungarrison anything at the chapel.
Kill the wolves!
