Won team game but ELO rating decreased

After winning a 2v2 team game (both opponents resigned), the statistics show us as the winners (golden crown) but both of our ELO Ratings were shown in statistics as decreased 16 points

Do you remember if the ELO from previous match to the one you are currently talking was calculated?

Hi,
The upper left corner in Statistics showed
1032(-16)
I didn’t check if my ELO was 1048 before the game but was for sure higher than 1032
I had never seen a red negative number after a win

Note: That day, hours before this game we had an internet connection loss during a team game. I don’t know if this could be related. Anyway this game was many hours before and there were other 3 team games after that connection loss that ended properly.

That could be the cause, you had a disconnection, so the game thought you alt-F4 and somehow the server didn’t account it and made the calculation after a few games. Sometimes the server is slow when calculating elo or achievements. Let me know if it happens again :slight_smile:
