Would the Byzantines be OP if they have the Siege Engineers?

I know it can be super OP if they have the Bloodlines or Blast Furnace.

Then, how about the Siege Engineers?

Will their artillery units be broken?

there are two reasons they dont get se:

  1. historical design: the byz werent rlly conquerors, they were just trying to survive as much as possible beeing pushed by rivals on all sides

  2. siege ram, bc and trebs plus se on top of already beeing a good civ is too much
