There’s nothing stopping a developer from making such a game, but it wouldn’t be an Age of Empires game. If Relic are stupid enough to want to trash a classic brand by attempting to force such a game on us then more fool them (and us, if we buy it).

If they said one clear thing about AOE4 so far, it’s that it’s going to be historical. So there is absolutely 0 chance for what AlQaex is proposing.
