So Epic popped instead of the intended Civis Roman-us (the word is apparently censored here)
I was playing the new campaign Vortigern. After I won the scenario with the requirement for achievement Civis Roman-us met (basically I did not lose any town and enemies did not break any walls), So Epic (which is for the campaign Ragner) was unlocked.
