Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Set your Steam page to German
2. Go to the Steam achievement section
3. Look at the wrong German achievement descrption

EXPECTED RESULT

^{What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?}

Instead having the title “Persischer Sieg” with the descrption “Ein Spiel als die Perser gewonnen”, it should be written “Der persische Tiger” with the description “Baburs Kampagne abgeschlossen.”
