Xbox I can't change the civ when a match is found

In multiplayer, when a map is found, I can’t change civ

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Click on multiplayer
2. Click on find a match
   3.match is found
3. I try to change civ
4. The screen is shown for a split second but I can’t change

The window opens and I change the civ

This also happens on the Xbox Console, game starts and civs are stuck… sometimes we can get by the bug by “readying up”, then “unreadying”. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
