Every time I get into a game online or offline, about 15 to 20 minutes in, it will freeze. The game will force quit and kick me to the Xbox home page. It started doing this this week.

Every time I play a match.

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

  1. Choose online play.
  2. Choose ranked match or online lobby.
  3. Leave it on standard settings.
  4. Start playing.
  5. Civ gets out of dark age, working on getting to castle age. The game freezes everytime. Iā€™m back at the Xbox home page.
