Issue: Game wont pan the screen when the mouse is moved to the down and upper border because I suppose of the ribbon that appears. Insisting on upper and lower border will eventualy make the screen move but it is almost unusable.
Trigger Event: start any scenario and try to pan up and down moving to the screen border.
Repro Steps:
- move cursor toward the upper or lower border
- always happens.
- insist on moving against screen border will eventually make the screen move properly, the next time you try to pan the issue is there again
NOTE: of course the issue only affect mouse+keyboard setup. Controllers do not need to touch borders to pan around map so the issue is not there.
