It is kinda hard to see but during this fight I had a lot of Xebecs and visually they would only fire one cannonball. I checked the hp of the target and they only took the damage of one cannon shot as well.

Does xebec state multi hit or can u dig up alittle more info to help you point?
all imperial age ships with cannons are supposed to fire multiple shots per broadside.
