The mongol yam network was changed in the last pup. They no longer give a bonus for a short time (20 secs) outside of their radius. This change was carried over to the final patch. Could this change be listed in the patch notes? (Patch 17718) Hidden changes make it harder to have current discussions on strategy and balance. Plus, written records are neat
