You can learn 3 unique upgrades from Zhu Xi’s Library T4 Landmark

Scenario:

  1. First you need to learn 1 upgrade
  2. After 1 step press 2 and 3 upgrades at the same time, you will be able to learn 3 upgrades at once.

Game version - 9.1.404.0
Works on every game mode and without enabled cheats, but there is settings from the video:

  1. Game mode - Standard
  2. Map - Dry Arabia, Revealed, Micro map size, Biome - Savanna
  3. Cheats allowed (using only for resources, fast building and research)
  4. No opponents
  5. Starting age - 3

I guess it fixed after latest patch and can be closed
