Your own units standing on a foundation can cause the foundation to be destroyed

Issue:

Your own units seem to be able to demolish your building foundations if they are standing on top of the foundation when a villager attempts to start building it.

Trigger Event:

Unit tries to start building while another unit is on top of the foundation.

Repro steps:

The steps undertaken in the specific clip linked above seem to have been:

  1. Place house foundation next to temple
  2. Priest spawns from temple, on top of where the foundation has been placed
  3. Wait for villager to walk over to the foundation and begin building
  4. Priest attempts to path off of the foundation, but as it is doing so, the foundation is demolished and the villager moves on to its next task.
