Zhu Xi's Legacy - "Advanced Administration" from "Zhu Xi's Library" Landmark - Newly produced "Imperial Officials" don't benefit from +150 HP from "Advanced Administration" upgrade

For Zhu Xi’s Legacy, the “Zhu Xi’s Library” Landmark has the “Advanced Administration” technology, which gives “Imperial Officials” +150 HP, +80 gold capacity, and +2 limit on the number of Officials that can be alive. The issue is that the +150 HP doesn’t apply to newly made Officials.

For “Imperial Officials” that are currently on the map, it properly gives +150 HP to them.

However, for any “Imperial Official” produced after researching “Advanced Administration”, they still have the base 75 HP, instead of the upgraded 225 HP.

Maybe a patch in the near future can fix it.I’m not sure whether the next patch can be fixed!

Bumping this in the spirit of fixing things for the big Season 9 Update.

This is still a bug.

This feels bad to have half the upgrade’s effect be completely non-functional still.
