Zhuque and Baihu fire effects issue

Issue:

The fire effects on the tail of the baihu change color to blue when you move the camera to the point where the unit is offscreen.

For the upgraded form of Zhuque there are floating bits of fire under the unit which are meant to be on its eyes and head along that the fire tornado ability effects are misaligned as well.

Trigger Event:

Just playing the game normally

Repro Steps:

1. Create the units (Baihu and Zhuque)
2. Move the camera away from Baihu until the unit is offscreen and come back to it to see the color change
3. Upgrade the Zhuque unit and the issue will show itself
