Issue: Use Blazing Prairie aiming to not upgrade TC center only cause 1200 damage.aiming to military building(1200 hp) even cant destory it.

I just tested this and it’s true. I tested it against the AI. I casted it on a large army (25+ Medium Dao Swordsmen) next to an unupgraded Age II TC, and it killed a whopping 1 unit and barely dented the TC. It’s unuseable! Even adding Drought doesn’t make it strong enough to kill the TC.

Yeah. Blazing Prairie does almost no damage. I think it’s a bug.
