- Move speed of 1st Michigan Volunteer Sharpshooters shipment Cree sharpshooter is still old-patch 4, not 4.5
- Flag doesn’t buff artillery unit, but there is an aura around artillery unit.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Play as USA
- Send 1st Michigan Volunteer Sharpshooters and check the speed of Cree
- Move artillery close to flag and check the stat of this unit
EXPECTED RESULT
What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
1.Give Cree sharpshooter 4.5 speed as same as Cree tracker
2.Fix flag aura buff issue for artillery unit
