If one was actually organized and with a good prize pool, would it be watched by most who watch AoE 3 tournaments?
Would there be significant interest in general?
And what sorts of rules, if any, would be implemented (for instance, no slinging before the 2 minute mark)?

Yes I’ve heard of it but it was hardly advertised. Didn’t know about it until after it was over. Did it get a lot views/traction?
Why no? Interested in playing it by finding a mate.
Popularly we would prefer 1v1, but if there is a major 2v2 tournament at the same time as a 1v1, I think people would prefer to see the 1v1
