ISSUE EXPERIENCED

If someone blocks the economic homecity gather point (e.g., by building houses around an outpost) and send the Maya Ceramics card of Maya Revolution, the shipment will be rejected (not costing one shipment, and the player will be able to send Maya Ceramics card again). However, the effect of this card (+15% gather rate for estate) will be enjoyed.
Secondly, if the player partially blocks the economic homecity gather point so that a part of the gold chests can be sent (e.g., this card should send 2000 gold, but i block the gather point so that only chests of 1500 gold could appear), the shipment will also be rejected (not costing one shipment, and the player will be able to send Maya Ceramics card again). However, the effect of this card (+15% gather rate for estate and the “free” chests) will be enjoyed.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Go Mayans for Mexico.

Build an outpost surrounded by multiple layers of houses that completely block the outpost.

Select the outpost as the economic homecity gather point and send Maya Ceramics card.
EXPECTED RESULT
What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
It will not cost the player 1 shipment, but the gather rate for estates is improved by 15%. The player will be able to send Maya Ceramics card once again. If the gather point is partially blocked, some “free” chest will be sent.
