 List CLEAR and DETAILED STEPS we can take to reproduce the issue ourselves… Be descriptive!

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start the game as the Mexicans.
  2. Revolt in the Commerce Age and return to the original nation. The appearance of Heroes should change depending on the Civ.
  3. But if you revolt again in the Industrial Age, you’ll find that the Heroes’ appearances don’t change anymore.

The appearance of Heroes should always change based on the current Civilization.

 ALWAYS attach a PICTURE (.jpg, .png, .gif) or VIDEO (.mp4, YouTube link) that highlights the problem.

As an additional note, the Civilization in this capture is currently Texas, having previously gone through the Baja Californian Revolution. The Hero unit’s icon is also a Revolutionary Padre, but the actual model that appears in the game is still a regular Padre.
