Issue:

A full-HP wonder can’t be empowered. But a damaged wonder can be empowered to increase the favor generation. Is it a bug? Or is it intended?

Trigger Event:

A full-HP wonder can’t be empowered, while a damaged one can.

Repro Steps:

  1. Build a wonder.
  2. Damage it.
  3. Empower it.

Empowering a wonder exists solely to speed up repair time.

Yeah, then empowering a damaged wonder to increase the favor generation in the video must be a bug.

To add to it : looking at the datas, the wonder SHOULD be empowered at full HP. But it’s not, probably hardcoded to not be and as a side effect, you have this bug.
