Lore Text for the Game
From the rugged mountains of Mesopotamia and the heights of the Zagros, the Kurds emerge – warriors, traders, mystics. Their realms were never vast, but their strength lies in adaptation, determination, and alliances between tribes. From Saladin’s rise to the brave emirates that held their ground between the Ottomans and Persians – the Kurds write history beyond empires.
Why a Kurdish Civilization?
A playable Kurdish people would combine historical authenticity with engaging gameplay. The unique mix of terrain advantages, dynastic development, and cultural distinctiveness makes the Kurds an ideal addition to Age of Empires IV.
