A question about the score display in game

Hello !

I have a few questions about the new way score is showed and calculated during a game.

Why is it now using large numbers instead of smaller ones (was kinda 20 score at start, usually never goes higher than 2000) ? I don’t see what it gives us better and it’s kinda less clear. Before that change, a 20 points difference was relevant. Now, when would it be relevant ? 1000 ? 500 ? what is it based on ?

Also, the UI lacks some separations about teams.

I personally think that not only should the teams be separated (perhaps a gold line in between). similar to age 2 the teams should be ordered by score, and next to the name it should display the civs flag which would be especially useful in multi-player.
