I don’t have the necessary .exe to give everyone the true visualization but this is somewhat close.
The information box is on the left and the 3D model is on the right with several buttons. The background can be Greek/Egyptians/Norse/Atlanteans/Chinese depending on the model or something new entirely.
The upgrade button changes the Cyclops’s appearance to Elder Cyclops.
The action buttons make the Cyclops perform the said action.
The voice button activates the his voice lines.
The rotating arrows spins the Cyclops’s model.
(I probably should have removed the gray circular platform the Cyclops is standing on)

i know its just a concept but even it currently looks way too colourful/“cartoony” i do like (your?) idea of the new one. i also like you took harryhausens cyclops and to zoom and rotate on models could be really cool and interesting - especially since they all look pretty good with quite a lot of details now. - well more or less.
so all in all a nice idea
