Abbasid buffs deleted in patch notes is it a bug ? or full abbasid rework next patch?

Hello,

Many players discussed Abbasids buffs with the devs since AOE 4 beta versios but we don’t see these buffs that everyone agrees about in patch notes.

Just another promise to strengthen Abbasids at end of the patch, Will it be a rework ? is this why abbasids buffs was deleted on January patch?
