Abbasid Mastery Bug - Healing Units Using Medical Center (Keep)

When I was playing the Abbasid civilization, I attempted to get the Heart and Mind mastery where you must heal 3000 points of health using keeps but quickly realized it would only heal my units upon close inspection. It would however show that ally units during Co-Op vs AI were being healed with floating green plus marks. Unfortunately those unit’s lost health points were not being recovered at all.

Am I doing something incorrectly?

Hey @AstronomerChris! Just to be clear, your Abbasid Keep was not actually healing ally troops, despite it appearing to do so? Is that correct?
