Abbasid (possibly all?) ships don't seem to get Ranged Armor when Ranged Armor is researched

Researching Ranged Damage increases boat damage, but researching Ranged Armor does not increase boat armor.

Perhaps this is intended, but the tooltip doesn’t imply that.

@exveer I believe this is intended, but I’ll log this so we can check it out. At the very least, the tooltip needs a tweak. Thanks so much!
