How to Use the Audio & Music Topic Template
When posting a new thread in the Audio & Music - Bugs & Feedback category about an issue or bug, or expressing feedback about the gameโs Audio, Sounds, or Music, an automatic template will populate for your use.
The details asked for by the template are explained further here. Please include as much of the following as possible.
As always, the more details you can provide, the more likely we will be able to reproduce the issue and address it in the future.

How to Find Info for Bug Template
Build Number
- Build Number - You can find the build number in the game on the Settings menu. The build number is in the top-right. In general, we will update the template to auto-populate this information when new builds are released, however you may need to adjust the pre-populated number if a new build has been released in the last few hours.

SPU Specs: Device Name or Description, Hardware ID, Driver Name & Driver Version
- SPU Specs - The below items can help us track issues associated with certain kinds of sound cards and all four (4) can be found in the same location within your DxDiag.

- If you donโt have a local copy of your DxDiag, you can run a new DxDiag report following the steps HERE
- From the DxDiag Report Tool, go to the Sound Tab and copy the information from the fields shown in this example. Or screenshot this section and attach it to your report. If you have multiple Sound tabs, please repeat this for each tab.

- Alternatively, from your DxDiag file with Notepad, scroll down to the Sound Devices section, and copy the information from the sections in this example. If you have multiple sound cards, you will need to scroll down further in Notepad and provide information on the other sound cards.

Sound Trigger
- Sound Trigger - What were you doing when you encountered the audio issue? Were you clicking on a unit? Browsing through menus? Start a particular piece of voiceover? Knowing what action triggers happened around the issue can help us pinpoint the associated sound file.
