I can’t get the “To the seas” achivement for Ottomans despite sending the 4 galleys shipment in online games. Is it a bug or an issue?

Every time I try?

  • Less than 25% of the time / matches I play (RARELY)
  • 25% of the time / matches I play (SOMETIMES)
  • 50% of the time / matches I play (FREQUENTLY)
  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Pick the 4 galleys card for Ottomans in Age IV
  2. Send it.

The achievement description says 3 but I actually got this via the Algiers Historical Battle.
