Achievement not working - Supremely Unexpected

Won a wonder race with spanish. Only villages trained, didnt get the achievement.

FFS fix the effing achievements, it really cant be that hard, its the same garbage from AOE 2HD. and i bet the clowns are going to leave it like they left AOE HD. 6 years later and HD still has broken achievements, i bet DE will be the same.

Eventually triggered, had to play it a number of times (even with mulitplayer games in between, thereby verifying connection to server)

Please, what was your setup for the game? I played yesterday and no achievement triggered.
