Does anyone feel AoMR is lacking in achievements?
To the devs…
Please add achievements to the Campaign Missions. I know some of the scenarios have been changed (ai and triggers) in recent patches. So please think about adding new achievements in the near future.
50 for the base game was a good amount but yes they could of added more for the campaigns. AoE II DE and AoE III DE got new ones from DLC’s and new ones are coming to AoMR from DLC’s
Yeah, it feels incredibly limited. There are only about 18 civ- or unit-specific achievements. Why not have one for each major and minor god choice? Only 4 campaign related achievements (including the super basic “use a bolt on the manticore in the tutorial”) apart from the “complete [this stage] of the campaign” ones. They could have done so much more with it than they did. It’s a shame and a missed opportunity.
For me the achievements in Retold are fine. They are adding 12 more for the chinese expansion and more will come in the future with the next mysterious expansion as well.
