There is an unfortunate known issue that achievements will not trigger after loading a game. We are aware and tracking it internally. Apologies, everyone!

During the Mongol campaign, the battle of Legnica seems not to be working correctly.
I finished this battle 2 times and i was able to do the next battles but it is not showing it as finished. Both times it was not started from a savefile but from a fresh game.
Cuz of this i can’t get the achievement finishing the Mongol campaign.

Sorry to hear you are running into this bug. I just want to make sure I understand correctly before I log it. If you load this mission, does it start you at the beginning of it; or somewhere else? And from there, you can play all the way through to the end of the Mongol campaign, but, should you attempt to play it again, it only shows that you progressed up to this point?

It loads me at the beginning of it.
After doing it a first time, I was able to keep going through the Mongol campaign. After doing it a second time, it didn’t change anything (my screenshot was taken after my 2nd attempt, when I had already finish the whole campaign).
after saving the campaign game and I can’t get any achivments from that mission anymore. Reloading the lvl from the save game and trying to get achivments doesn’t work… wasted multiple hours until I reconized it might be the saving…
Yes, there’s a bug that prevents achievements from being unlocked if you reload a save from the last campaign mission.
For now, you would have to play the last mission all the way through to unlock the achievement.
Microsoft/Relic is aware of the issue, but it’s not mentioned yet on the Known Issues support article:
that’s damn annoying… I’m done for today with achivments hunting. wasted so much time today.
I tried to unlock 4 achievments in campaigns that i already completed, I tried in medium difficult to get the achievments but these stills lock ang bug for any reason.
Somebody has the same issue?

Hey @KnightEderVR! Were these achievements all completed during the same playthrough, or was the game saved/loaded?
There is an unfortunate known issue that achievements and masteries will not trigger after loading a game.
I use the autosave for any mistake i made for the achievment. So this issue will be fix or it’s a kind of hardcore unlock system?
Even the “complete the norman campaign” achievement is not unlocked… will they be automatically unlocked in later patches? Thank you

I unfortunately don’t have information regarding the fix—so I can’t answer your question. I agree it would be nice if that’s how it goes down, though!

None of the achievements are triggering if a game is played using loading a saved game. This is really annoying, please fix it.
Achievements, mastery and daily quests wont complete if continue playing from a save. But if i restart the mission and finish in one go it will trigger the achievements, mastery and daily quests. Playing on windows 10 with game pass ultimate

I would like to report that I have finished all but the Mongol Empire campaign and I haven’t received the achievement for it:
I have completed the campaigns in Hard and attempted loading a Save and click continue, but it still didn’t not complete the achievement.

I have finished the Mongol Campaign, but didn’t received the Achievement too and the Portrait keeps locked. The Normans and the Hundred Years War worked fine in the past.

Same problem to me, finished the hundred years war with 6 cannons alive. And didnt get the 2 achievement. Windows Store version.

Hello everyone
I have a doubt about the achievement for this mission, i recently complete this one and kill everyone inlcuding the sheep and destroy all buildings, before kill Khan’s guard, I destroyed the last 3 builds from red and after that i killed the Khan’s guard to finish the mission.
I did not get the achievement…
What do i have to do to get this achievment?

I finished the Rus campaign last week, but didnt notice that I didnt get the achievement till today.
I replayed the last mission and still no joy.
