I have a retail version of “Age of Empires Collectors Edition” It comes with Age of Empires 1 with the Rome expansion and Age of Empires 2 with the conquerors expansion and the soundtrack. I got a new computer which doesn’t have a disc drive, so can i somehow activate the game?
Hi @SwiftRaindrop20, With the original disc releases of Age of Empires and Age of Empires II there is no need to activate the game. You may use an external optical drive to play those games on a PC which did not come with an optical drive.
