If you delete 1 ship that has units loaded inside, it should ask you “are you sure you wanna delete?” because if you misclick that’s not one ship, thats a whole army inside.
This happened to me while I was trying to click the “attack move button” but I instead clicked on the delete unit button because they are next to each other (I’m on definitive UI).
Right now it doesn’t, cuz 1 ship is one unit so it doesn’t confirm.
