If they don’t like the map - they leave, ruining the game for the other players in TG and absolutelly have no consiquences. My suggestion - add incrementive timeout for their behaviour if they leaving in a first few minutes of the match. It really easy to check their patterns - for example check this games - he never played Oasis, Arabia, Nomad, MegaRandom for more than few seconds - just always resigned at the beginning - really observable pattern and he still not banned and probably haven’t even received a warning
