I had purchased the premium version directly and still had the problem, but after I sent a message to support it was resolved.

refund is the only way
If you ask for a refund, it will take longer until Steam returns your money and you buy again. Much faster to contact support.

so I refunded the amount directly to my steam account and now I will have to either wait for my funds to come back for 7 days or i will have to charge my card again

@Cobaltdragon913 , how about us Xbox Game Pass/Game Pass PC buying Upgrade? we have the advanced access but not the DLCs, they are installed and not unlocked. The game thinks we dont have upgrade DLC.
The support never replies to the ticket.
En mi caso me regalaron el juego base y yo compré la versión Upgrade para ya tener los DLC ni bien vayan saliendo. Intenté pedir un reembolso pero solo cubre lo que yo compré y no la versión base que me regalaron (todo dentro de la plataforma de Steam). Por ende no me combiene la solución que presentaron los desarrolladores en este hilo. Estoy dispuesto a esperar hasta el lanzamiento Oficial, 4 de septiembre. Espero que el error se solucione pronto o que me den otra alternativa ![]()
