Issue: Advanced Roller Shutter Triggers no longer correctly updates Springald attack speed after update 16.1.9737

With update 16.1.9737, Roller Shutter Triggers was changed such that the attack speed increase was buffed from 25% to 30%. The Mongols’ Advanced Roller Shutter Triggers is supposed to provide an extra 10% attack speed. This means a total of +40%. This behaves correctly if Advanced Roller Shutter Triggers is researched after the standard technology. However, if Advanced Roller Shutter Triggers is researched from the start, it incorrectly only increases attack speed by 35%, since it did not get the correct update.
