If Any Devlopers See This. The Idea of Reducing influence per Aliance for african civs is RIDICULOUS. they are vulnerable against rushes but the influence you can buy mercs or use techs like: Like the sudadene red sea commerce. Who gives 2 builders. You can build 2 towers. Lol. Ridiculous idea. Lol.

And Buff Gatling Cammels. For a Better African FI Timing.
