Yes, but the dot under the options is gray. The Freyr DLC is also missing. Actually the complete premium content except the 7 days that’s possible ^^ .
You have the game on Steam or the Microsoft store?
You can check if the DLC are enabled in Steam. No idea if you can enable and disable them on the Microsoft Store.
Same here. Prepurchased the Premium Edition on xbox store a few days ago.
No dlc available in the game.
I can only presume, that the are available on the first official public release day.

I have Gamepass Ultimate and bought the Premium Upgrade there. The DLC had to be installed separately. Unfortunately, the function like on Steam does not exist.
Installed all DLCs along with base game.
Xbox app and MS store do see that I own the Premium
In-Game does not, clicking the banner will ask me to buy Premium Upgrade.

That’s exactly the problem. A new installation does not solve the problem
The issue is lying in the Premium Upgrade dlc
Xbox/MS Store PC Premium Edition are just the base game + premium upgrade dlc just like Steam
However, Premium Upgrade are bugged. They decide to update the base game only for Steam to check for Premium Edition license on Steam only. They recommend anyone buying premium upgrade to refund and rebuy Premium Edition on steam. They also pulled off the Upgrade dlc from Steam forever.
But that is not the case for us Xbox/MS Store users. They don’t fix that issue here.
Ok thanks, unfortunately this doesn’t help us MS users. I have created a support ticket. But I have no idea how long that will take -.-
I have received 2 responses from support so far. Nothing helped. They then refer you to Microsoft but no one is working there at that time anymore -.- . Refund is the best i think
