Issue:
The game crashes every time you play for a couple minutes. Restarting the game doesn’t help. You just can play 2-3 minutes and is crashes again.
Trigger Event:
Everything stands still. Only the game music is stil playing
Repro Steps:
I have this exact same issue.
I was looking forward to this game and even bought the Premium edition since I never got to play the original.
However I have not been able to play more than 5 consecutive minutes. I started off by trying to watch the Tutorial cutscene but that froze up twice forcing me to close the game.
Then I tried to play the Tutorial mission 3 times and it kept freezing as well.
Finally I tried playing the campaign and lo and behold it freezes also after a couple of minutes.
It is as you say, the game freezes and you can’t do anything at all, either move the camera, press the Pause button or amything, all while the background music is the only playing.
I am very disappointed with this and I’m seriously considering getting a refund from Sony due to a faulty product.
I’m slightly tempted to keep the game in hopes it gets fixed soon but we’ll see, apparently this is a common issue so I can only hope.
Before the last update everything was fine, played alot, now its broken… I Hope they fix it soon
