I have just downloaded the new client via GamePass for PC but the splash screen shows and after it disappears nothing happens.
- I am running Win 10 1903.
- I have a built in administrator account but cannot launch the game as that account because I only have the game pass licence.
- I don’t know how to enable DirectPlay or check if it is already enabled.
- Microsoft Game Services for Xbox is installed.
- All PC drivers and BIOS are up to date.
- According to the MS Store, my PC meets the minimum system requirements (screenshots of DirectX report below).
