:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

I just bought the extension at Microsoft store. I intalled it, but Age of Empires II continues with the lock on it and doens’t allow me to play. Wen I click on it, it says first that I do not have the extension, then it apears that I bought it and should go to microsof store to intall it (but it is already installed).

My computer run the configuration for the game and I also tried to reinstall Age of Empires II.

Any ideas?

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Run the game
  2. keeps appearing the lock on it
  3. Says that I have it and need to instal but it is already installed

The DLC is releasing 14th next month, are you able to play the base game?

Hello @Felizon89 . The game is running perfect. I was bothered because I paid for the extension and it was not running. Thanks for the update, so only on 14th next month I will be able to play.

I have the game but same issue. it says I dont own it but i do. still shows lock and its the 14th.

Same issue and its th 14th and its 1:16 iv reinstalled it multiple times and still not letting me play

I can now play the game but the campaign is all messed up, you cant see any people in the game, some times just health bars. cant complete first mission

Do you have mods installed? Some might be interfering with the correct working of the dlc.

Hi Felizon, i have the dlc installed but the game is saying i don’t. If i restart sometimes it comes good. I have no mods installed. Also the ‘double press villager job roles setting’ hasn’t worked for a long time.
