steam artwork, there’s been a couple pieces there. my version’s finished but it’s trash so i’m waiting for @BGdawjaw’s version of the whole picture :slight_smile: looks like a bojar fighting something else

Definitely going to see Lithuanians. They had a vast Empire and conquered allot. Maybe a campaign like ā€œThe Northern Crusadeā€.

Not Bulgars lol, at least not in the pic. Maybe Ghaznavids?

If you look at the history tab of AOE2’s main menu, the history about the Slavs mentions the Bulgars (and the Wends). So perhaps we might not get the Bulgars but an umbrella Turkic nomad civ. Khazars are a good choice.

Bulgars are also of Turkic origins. They mixed with slavs after their immigration to Europe.
