I miss 2 German civs, 2 Mediterranean civs and 5-7 African civs here.
Besides, it’s okay.

YOU ARE DEFECTIVE AND SAD, BECAUSE YOU CONSIDER THE NORTHERN EASTERN EUROPE AND CARPATHIA TO BE BALKANS
Um, no, I said I accidentally counted Finns.
And I’m not the one losing my shit over this am I?
Stop this please… We have gone too far
I’m sorry, I’m usually not the trolling type
I like this.
Brilliant civ choices sir. I hope we get them all.
However Vlachs and Moldavians did. And they could be both added in one civ called “Romanians”, even if this term only emerged later.
Actually to be fair, I have been reading about Vlachs, and it turns out that the term “Vlach” was mostly applied by neighbouring peoples, and shares the same etymology as “Welsh” and “Walloon”, basically meaning foreigner or bordering people. The Vlachs, and presumably other romance-speaking people from the area, referred to themselves however as “romana”, i.e. Romans. So it would actually not be too far-fetched to called them Romanians.
Tbh a lot of the civs are called after exonyms
No it would be like adding Mexicans because (some) Aztecs and (some) Spanish eventually molded into one nation.
Parthnan tactics vibes though
If Romanians civ were added to this game, Dracula Campaign would eventually get its civ. Probably everyone will agree that Hungarians, Slavs (Ruthenians) and Turks (XDDDDD) are a bizarre selection for one joint campaign.
Adding Romanians civ would also be a pretext to add a completely new campaign for Slavs (Ruthenians) civ - truly Ruthenian!
I didn’t mention Georgians and Armenians in this DLC for a very simple reason - the Caucasus is not in Europe.
I think Georgians and Armenians deserve their own Caucasian DLC that also adds a new Caucasus architecture set. It’s nice if the Khazars civ were added to this DLC.
If Europe is about culture, I think Caucassus fit there better than in Asia…
I think the Caucasus is too special to be counted under Europe or Asia.
I agree, especially because I’d rather group them with West Asiatic-Turkic culture than what is commonly associated with Eastern or Central European culture.
Georgians, Armenians and Khazars - Perfect civs for the Caucasus DLC
I’d like a a new byzantine campaign (Bari is not the best )
Wallachians not Romanians
They are closer to Byzantium than anything asiatic so idk how you can put them with Persians or Saracens
